You must be an AANP Member to purchase this product. As soon as you have completed your purchase you will have immediate access to the Primary Care community. Just select "My Communities" from your MyAccount Home Page.

Communities added to an existing AANP membership will be prorated based on the time remaining until your next membership renewal date.

If you are currently enrolled in Auto Renewal, your community subscription(s) will be auto renewed along with your membership.
