Margaret O'Donnell
DNP, FNP, ANP B-C, FAANP
Margaret O'Donnell is Primary Care Provider and Director of Advanced Clinical Providers At Northwell Health. Ms. O'Donnell oversees 90 ambulatory ACPs, is the clinical lead for the PCP Fellows, a preceptor, innovator, researcher. Ms. O'Donnell was formally the Senior NP at South Nassau Communities Hospital, and organized Advanced Practice Nurses Innovative Care Committee which engaged in peer review, case presentations, strategic planning, and coordinating efforts between inpatient and outpatient services. She has served in numerous leadership roles in AANP, NPA NYS and NPALI; most notably in grassroots efforts to effect policy changes affecting NP practice. Ms. O'Donnell received the NP of the Year Award from NPALI, and the AANP state award for NP excellence.
