Julie A Stanik-Hutt
PhD, ACNP, GNP, FAANP
Dr. Julie Stanik-Hutt is an Adult Acute Care and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and Director of the AG-ACNP Program at the University of Iowa College of Nursing. She has 20 years NP experience managing inpatients with cardiovascular problems and recipients of solid organ transplants. She has more than 40 years experience in acute and critical care nursing. She has served on numerous national committees related to NP education, certification, practice and policy. Her goal is to create a regulatory environment which allows patients full access to NP services, and authorizes NPs practice to the full extent of their education.
