Pamela N Fordham
PhD, FNP-C, FAANP
Dr. Pam Fordham serves as a consultant since her recent retirement as Chairman of the Family/Child Health and Caregiving Department at the University of Alabama School of Nursing, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and the Deputy Director of the UAB Center for Palliative and Supportive Care.
She earned a BSN at the University of Alabama at Huntsville (UAH), a MSN and PhD at UAB and a post-MSN FNP certificate at UAH.
Dr. Fordham established the first public academic HRSA funded Palliative Care NP program. She has multiple presentations and publications related to her areas of interest and expertise in NP education, advanced illness and palliative care.
